Missing woman, Shakhlo Tuychieva, 41
The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing woman.
Shakhlo Tuychieva, 41, was last seen on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at 7 p.m., in the Bathurst Street/Finch Avenue West area.
She is described as white, 52"-54", with green/blue eyes, short black hair with dark-red highlights. She was last seen wearing a grey dress coat with fur and black shoes.
She was last seen leaving in her vehicle, a 2000 grey, Daewoo, with Ontario licence plate BESA 481.
Police are concerned for her safety.

Project Bread Maker, Six people face 106 drug/weapon-related charges
In December 2011, the Toronto Drug Squad began an investigation targeting the production and distribution of MDMA and ketamine in Toronto and Markham.
The Toronto Police Service joined with the York Regional Police Service and continued the investigation, identifying targets and locations involved in the alleged production of synthetic drugs.
It is alleged that:
- six people were identified participating in the production and distribution of MDMA, methamphetamines and ketamine
- 12 search warrants were executed in Toronto and Markham
- four addresses were being operated as clandestine labs: 51 Demspter Street, Toronto; 4101 Sheppard Avenue East, apartment 208, Toronto; 30 Clegg Drive, apartment 612, Markham; 1 Upper Duke Crescent, apartment 404, Markham
- seized during the search warrants were three motor vehicles, a starter pistol and a Taser, MDMA: 30,000 grams; Ketamine: 4145.15 grams; crystal meth: 94.58 grams; GHB: 15 grams; Ecstasy: 10 pills; an unknown white powder substance: 51,100 grams (substance to be identified pending testing by Heath Canada)
- the drugs seized have a estimated street value of over $1,000,000
On Thursday, March 22, 2012, the following were charged with a total of 106 drug- and weapon-related offences:
1. Guowang Deng, 31, of Markham, 23 charges
2. Zhi Li, 30, of Markham, 19 charges
3. Hoahau Chen, of Markham, 19 charges
4. Jian Chen, 22, of Toronto, 20 charges
5. Yan Zhang, 27, of Toronto, 19 charges
6. Xi Deng, 19, of Toronto, six charges
The accused appeared in court at Old City Hall on Friday, March 23, 2012, room 103 and are scheduled to appear back in court at Old City Hall on Monday, March 25, 2012, room 103, 10 a.m.

Man faces six charges for possession of stolen property
On Saturday, March 24, 2012, police arrested a man in connection with a stolen boat investigation.
It is alleged that:
- the accused attempted to sell a 28-foot-long racing boat, stolen from Orangeville, Ontario, to a person in Philadelphia
It is further alleged that:
- on Saturday, March 24, 2012, police seized two stolen boats and four stolen boat engines and other nautical accessories
Tufan Turanli, 29, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Five counts of Possession Stolen Property
2) Possession Burglar's Tools
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Sunday, March 25, 2012, room 101, at 10 a.m.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the publics assistance locating a missing man.
Christopher Hill, 27, was last seen on Thursday, March 22, 2012, in the Bloor Street West/Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as white, 510, 170 lbs., with a medium build, dark-brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and beige corduroy pants.
Police are concerned for his safety.

It is alleged that:
- the accused operated an animal sanctuary called the Endangered Animal Sanctuary within the former Municipality of Toronto
- the accused sexually assaulted the victim
- the victim was a volunteer at the animal sanctuary
William Valliere, 71, of Grafton, Ontario, has been charged with:
1) one count of Indecent Assault on a male
2) one count of Gross Indecency
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Monday, May 7, 2012, at 2 p.m., room 505.

Man charged in theft investigation
On Friday, March 16, 2012, police received a call for the report of a theft that occurred at Bladen library at the University of Toronto, Scarborough campus.
It is alleged that:
- on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at approximately 5:10 p.m., a 19-year-old university student left his laptop unattended in the library for a very short period of time, and when he returned his laptop was gone
- the student had installed a software program in his laptop allowing him to track it if it was ever lost or stolen
- as a result of the software, police were able to track down the computer and identify the accused
Ming Chong, 18, of Markham, is charged with:

It is alleged that:
- on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at approximately 5:10 p.m., a 19-year-old university student left his laptop unattended in the library for a very short period of time, and when he returned his laptop was gone

Man faces 11 charges in fraud investigation
The Financial Crimes Unit began investigating allegations of fraud involving two investment companies, known as 360 Degree Financial Services Inc., and Multiple Streams of Income Inc., in June 2011.
It is alleged that:
- during the period of the offences, between October 2007 and February 2010, the President (the accused) of the two investment companies convinced victims to invest funds in his companies that they had obtained through loans, lines of credit and re-financing of their homes
- the victims were known acquaintance of the accused
- the accused received the funds from the victims, but did not invest the monies as agreed upon
- between October 2007 and February 2010, the accused received approximately $1,297,500 from the victims
Wilton Neale, 50, of Ajax, has been charged with:
1. 10 counts of Fraud Over $5,000
2. Fraud Under $5,000
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park court on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 , room 505, at 2 p.m.
It is alleged that:
