On Thursday, June 20, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., at 200 Graydon Hall Drive, the Toronto Police Service 33 Division Community Response Unit will be joined by NFL Football Player Orlando Franklin, 74, of the Denver Broncos, affectionately known as “BigO from T.O.,” along with Principal Nancy Nikorak of Rene Gordon Elementary School for a year-end Anti-Bullying Club Basketball Game.

The 33 Division CRU is committed to working hard and effecting change amongst our youth in the Toronto region. Their goal is to establish partnerships and maintain positive relationships to reduce crime in our schools and in our communities.

Man wanted for Assault with a Weapon, Jordan Saint Mark Thompson, 21, Photograph of man released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a wanted man.

On Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 1:30 a.m., police received a call for an assault with a weapon in the Kennedy Road/Eglinton Avenue East area.

It is alleged that:

- a man became involved in an argument with another resident at a shelter

- during the altercation, the man attacked the resident with a knife, causing non-life-threatening injuries

Jordan Saint Mark Thompson, 21, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1. Aggravated Assault
2. Assault with a Weapon
3. Weapons Dangerous

If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1.

Missing woman Natalia Sobol, 83

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.

Natalia Sobol, 83, was last seen on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at 8:30 a.m., in the Bathurst Street/Lawrence Avenue West area.

She is described as white 5'5", 152 lbs., brown-grey hair, possibly in a ponytail. She may be wearing a grey jacket, light-blue pants and carrying a white purse.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Sexual Assault Alert, Bayview Avenue/Burbank Drive area, Man wanted

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation.

It has been reported that:

- on Sunday, June 16, 2013, at 11:30 p.m., a 21-year-old woman was walking in the Bayview Avenue/Burbank Drive area

- a man approached her, sexually assaulted her, and fled on foot

He is described as white, 20-27, medium build with short hair. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, jeans and running shoes

Man wanted in fraud investigation Ralph Henry Sanon, 29, Update, Man arrested, Investigator available to media

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a fraud investigation.

It is alleged that:

- since March 2011, the accused successfully personated numerous account holders from various financial institutions across the GTA, including Halton, Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener/Waterloo, St. Catharines, London, Peel, York and Toronto

It is further alleged that:

- between 2010 and June 2013, the man fraudulently obtained approximately $550,000

On Friday, June 7, 2013, the man was arrested by the Ottawa Police Service while allegedly attempting another account takeover

Ralph Henry Sanon, 30, of no fixed address, is facing numerous counts of fraud-related charges in multiple jurisdictions within Ontario. In Toronto, he is charged with:

1) three counts of Fraud over ($5,000)
2) 21 counts of Identity fraud

He is currently being held in custody.

This investigation, and subsequent arrest, exemplifies the teamwork, dedication and cooperation between policing agencies across Ontario and investigators within financial institutions. The Toronto Police Service would like to thank Peel Regional Police, Halton Regional Police Service, Durham Regional Police Service, Ottawa Police Service, and investigators from RBC and BMO.

Detective Constable Chad Nickels will be available to the media on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., at 416-808-7327.

Warrant issued for Keeyan Waldron, 22, Facing 16 charges, Photograph of man released

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance locating a wanted man.

Numerous warrants have been issued for the arrest of Keeyan Waldron, 22, of Toronto.

He is wanted for:

1) five counts of Assault
2) Common nuisance
3) two counts of Threatening death
4) Assault with a weapon
5) Weapons dangerous
6) three counts of Threatening bodily harm
7) Forcible confinement
8) Overcome resistance - choking
9) Mischief - under

He is described as black, 5'10", 150 lbs., with hair in cornrows.
