Man faces 11 charges in fraud investigation
The Financial Crimes Unit began investigating allegations of fraud involving two investment companies, known as 360 Degree Financial Services Inc., and Multiple Streams of Income Inc., in June 2011.
It is alleged that:
- during the period of the offences, between October 2007 and February 2010, the President (the accused) of the two investment companies convinced victims to invest funds in his companies that they had obtained through loans, lines of credit and re-financing of their homes
- the victims were known acquaintance of the accused
- the accused received the funds from the victims, but did not invest the monies as agreed upon
- between October 2007 and February 2010, the accused received approximately $1,297,500 from the victims
Wilton Neale, 50, of Ajax, has been charged with:
1. 10 counts of Fraud Over $5,000
2. Fraud Under $5,000
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park court on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 , room 505, at 2 p.m.
It is alleged that:

Jasmine Lapratt‐McLennon, 16, was last seen on Saturday, March 24, 2012, at 8:30 p.m., in the Wilmington Avenue/Overbrook Place area.
She is described as having a light-black complexion, 55, 115 lbs., with black curly hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black 3/4-length jacket, black jeans, white tank top, black shoes, and carrying a large black purse.
Police are concerned for her safety.

On Thursday, March 22, 2012, at 6:48 p.m, human remains were located in a wooded area near Panorama Court. The remains were identified as Jotesh Rambaran.
On Friday, March 23, 2012, a post-mortem examination was completed. Foul play is not suspected.

Personal injury collision, Wilson Avenue/Collinson Boulevard
On Friday, March 23, 2012, at 12:45 p.m., police responded to a personal injury collision at Wilson Avenue/Collinson Boulevard.
It is reported that:
- a 94-year-old man was driving a Ford Explorer on westbound Wilson Avenue
- the driver attempted to make a right turn, at which point the driver lost control of the vehicle, striking three parked cars and a cement post, causing the vehicle to roll over and trap the driver
- the driver was freed by Toronto Fire Services and was taken to hospital with minor injuries

Police request assistance with High Park arson investigation, Update, Man faces two charges, Christian Kupiecki, 19
The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with an arson investigation.
On Saturday, March 17, 2012, at approximately 3 a.m., police were called to the Parkside Drive/Spring Road area, within High Park, for a large fire.

On Friday, March 23, 2012, Christian Kupiecki, 19, of Toronto, was arrested.
He is charged with:
1) Arson
2) Attempt to obstruct justice
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Tuesday, May 1, 2012.

Homicide #11/2012, Khadeem Antoine, 19, Update, Man charged with First Degree murder, Brian Mendonca, 18
On Friday, March 23, 2012, at 12:38 a.m., police responded to a stabbing call in the Bloor Street West/Aberfoyle Crescent area.
Officers attended the area and located Khadeem Antoine, 19, of Mississauga, suffering from obvious stab wounds. He was taken to hospital via emergency run. He was pronounced dead a short time later.

A post-mortem examination concluded that he died of multiple stab wounds.
On Friday, March 23, 2012, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Brian Mendonca, 18, of Mississauga, was arrested.
He is charged with:
1) First Degree murder.
He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, March 24, 2012.
