On Thursday, February 23, 2012, at 2 p.m., in the media gallery, Chief Blair will announce a number of arrests and charges laid during Project Whiplash. Members from the Toronto Police Service Traffic Services Unit, the Financial Crimes Unit, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Insurance Bureau of Canada will be present.

The conference will be available on the Bell TOC.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Frank Sudnik, 79, was last seen on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at 2:30 p.m., driving a red Chevrolet Impala, in the Burnhamthorpe Road/Kipling Avenue area. However, police have had reports that a similar vehicle was seen in Burlington on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at 7 p.m.

He is described as white, 5’10", 190 lbs; medium build, short grey hair, grey moustache, and blue eyes.

Police are concerned for his safety.

On Tuesday, February 21, 2012, Moses Jonathan Phillip, 27, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with:

1) Robbery

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, room 507, at 10 a.m.

On Wednesday, December 28, 2011, the Toronto Police Service issued a news release, making the public aware of a Child Abduction/Sexual Assault investigation.

On Saturday, February 18, 2012, at 5:19 p.m., Ryan Belbin, 28, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) Break-and-Enter
2) Abduction of Person Under Fourteen
3) Sexual Assault
4) Sexual Interference

The accused was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, room 306, at 10 a.m.

Police believe there may be more victims.

He is wanted for:

They were last seen on Monday, February 20, 2012, at 7:15 p.m., in the Yonge Street/Gould Street area.

Michael Dussault is described as white, 5’5”-5’6”, 145-155 lbs., blue eyes and short brown hair. He was wearing a black/grey lumberjacket, black toque and blue jeans. He has the tattoo "Zig Zag" on his left shoulder.

Sheldon MacDonald is described as white, 5’7”, medium build, blue eyes, and brown hair. He was wearing a black sweater with orange writing, black toque, blue jeans, black gloves and a black baseball hat.

It is believed that the two boys are most likely together. Police are concerned for their safety.
