Bobby Brown pleads not guilty to driving under influence
LOS ANGELES, CALIF.– Bobby Brown has definitely pleaded not guilty to dwi and also additional charges deriving from his arrest last days in Los Angeles.
City News Service says a lawyer entered pleas Monday on Brown’s part to misdemeanor counts of DUI, driving with an unlawful blood-alcohol content and driving on a suspended certificate. He could possibly face up to 6 calendar months in jail if sentenced.
Brown didn’t attend the Superior Court arraignment in Van Nuys.
The 43-year-old musician is the former spouse of the later Whitney Houston. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on March 26.
